Why Is Coaching Important?
Being part of a coaching process can positively impact an individual’s career. According to the International Coaching Federation (2009), "the benefits of coaching are many; 80% of people who receive coaching report increased self-confidence, and over 70% benefit from improved work performance, relationships, and more effective communication skills."
Finding Joy and Professional Success on Your Own Terms - ACT Coaching believes that in order to help people reach their full potential (to maximize their performance), it should be done in an environment that focuses on building their conviction and commitment to foster personal and career advancement on their own terms.
We are offering one-on-one and small group coaching schemes, depending on the need and requirements of our client. Our coaching sessions usually involve a series of assessments, goal-setting, and development planning. We currently have Japanese and non-Japanese clients. Conversations between a coach and our clients are completely confidential.
